Really love how Lynx are engaging with their audience
I’ve spotted two initiatives by Lynx this week which really demonstrate how they are ‘getting’ how to use social media, how to engage with their audience properly and how to use the potential for their brand to go viral.
Firstly, I love what they did at London Victoria station after their Angels Will Fall advertising campaign. Predictably, loads of mobile phone vids of the event have gone viral and their own vid, below, now has over 830,000 views.
Then I spotted The Lynx Stream - which is stunning in the way it encourages engagement with their target audience. An app for iPhone or Android, it enables people to record every detail (tweet, checking, photo, video) of a night out - not just one person, but everyone on the night out. Really clever, subtle stuff getting them right to the people they most want to engage with. http://www.thelynxstream.com/
